Your profile is created for you by your company. They provide you with the data for your first log-in.

After you have logged in for the first time, you have to change your initial password. You can change your password in the settings. Click on the third icon from the bottom "Settings" and the following window will open:

Now you can simply enter the initial password in the field "Current password" and your new password in the field "New password". Make sure that your password complies with your company's security policy.

If you click on the first icon "Profile" in the menu bar on the left, you will get to your profile. Your personal data is created by your company. You cannot edit them. But you can upload a profile picture. This makes it easier for your contact persons in the software to assign you right at the beginning. Remember that your profile picture is your "business card". Therefore, please choose a suitable picture that fits well into the company context.

You can also add information about your school and fill in other details. For example, you can enter the result of your final exam in "Exam results"

You can also enter your exact grades for each semester individually in School Grades". Your grade point average will also be calculated there automatically.

💡TIP: A well-groomed profile signals professionalism and commitment. It shows that you take your work and the working environment seriously. So take the time to take care of your profile!

Your self-assessment is another item that you should fill in every semester. You will find statements on social, emotional, methodological, communicative and strategic competence. For each statement, decide to what extent you agree with it and click on the corresponding value on the scale.

Your self-organized profile contributes to smooth communication, better collaboration and a professional working environment. It shows your skills and achievements at a glance. It's a simple step, but one that can have a significant impact on efficiency and work climate. 💪
