In the Talent Pipeline, you have the option to overview and manage the applications received. You will find this in the menu item Talent Pipeline. Here you can view all applications for each job ad. Furthermore, you can sort the applications into different categories (Pending, Interview, Accepted, Rejected) depending on the processing status. In this way, you can easily keep track of all applications and systematically fill your vacancies.

You can use the Talent Pipeline in Azubi2Go automatically if you do not link your own applicant management system. All applications received are then listed for the respective job advertisement.
