How do I create accounts and assign permissions?

Within the software there are the following standard roles:

  • HR/Admin

  • Trainer

  • Management

  • Responsible person for a learning station

As a first step, we recommend assigning the individual roles their permissions. This is possible in the menu under the third icon "Settings". There you can first assign the standard roles their permissions. The permissions differ in "may not see", "may see" and "may see and edit". You can assign these permissions for the individual areas - such as dashboard, report books or personnel file. Furthermore, there is the possibility to add new, individual roles at this point.

After the permissions are assigned, you can create the accounts for your employees. This is possible if you click on the fourth icon from the bottom in the menu on the left "Master data". With a click on the small plus you can create new accounts, define the role and send the invitation directly to the respective employee.
