For underage trainees, there must be the option of an endorsement for legal representatives on the reports. Talent2Go provides you with two different options for this. The following article explains the differences and how you can activate the various options.
Variant 1: Automated endorsement
The two options for the endorsement of underage apprentices' report booklets can be found in the company settings. If you check option 1, the endorsement is automatically added to the reports.
Certain requirements must be met for this: The date of birth and details of the legal representative must be maintained in the underage trainee's personnel file.
Furthermore, an agreement must have been reached with the registered representative in which it is clearly communicated that all reports will automatically receive the endorsement.
Variant 2: Checkbox endorsement
If you check the box for variant 2, a checkbox will appear on every report written by the underage trainee.
The requirements for variant 2 are the same as for variant 1. The trainee's date of birth and the details of the legal representative must also be entered.
The checkbox can then be ticked by the legal representative. The signature of the legal representative will then appear at the bottom of the report.
