The monthly report enables a view over a longer period of time. While the weekly report often contains detailed, day-to-day information, the monthly report offers the opportunity to bundle this information and create a structured summary.

This allows you to better recognize how your skills and knowledge develop over the course of a month. This helps to identify patterns and trends in your own performance.

Whether weekly or monthly reports or both must be kept depends on the training occupation and the company. If your trainer communicates that you would like a monthly report, you have the option of attaching this to the respective weekly report.

How to send a monthly report?

To do this, simply scroll to the bottom after writing your weekly report and click on the "Add monthly reports" button. An upload window will appear and you have the option of attaching your monthly report as a PDF file.

Your training company will usually provide you with a template that you can upload here at the end of each month.

Are you unsure whether you should write a monthly report? Just talk to your trainer and ask!
