The report portfolio has an important role during your vocational training. The individual reports serve to document the skills, knowledge and practical experience you have acquired during your training. With the report portfolio module, you now have a way to easily submit these reports digitally.

In the following article, we would like to give you an introduction to our digital report portfolio.

You will find the item "Report portfolio" at the sixth icon, directly below "Learning Modules", in the menu bar on the left side of the screen. Click on the icon to open the following view:

You are currently in the overview. In this example, the trainee has saved two reports as drafts. Eight reports have been marked as done. This means that the trainer has already checked and approved the reports. The trainer again has 12 report books that he or she has to check and then release. 34 booklets are marked with the label "correction required". For you, this means that you have sent a total of 34 reports that have been annotated. Your job now is to revise those reports again and then resend them for approval.

In the tab "Write report" you can write your reports. You can either save them as a draft or send them to your instructor for approval. If you have to write a monthly report in your company, you can also simply add it as an attachment here.

Remember that the report book is not only a duty, but also an opportunity to actively shape your professional development. Use it to record your experiences, set goals, and track your progress. 🧑‍🎓
