In the Company settings, you can manage and adjust all the essential settings for your company. The company settings are divided into various tabs, each of which offers specific functions and configuration options. In this article, we will introduce you to the individual tabs and describe the functions they contain in detail. In this way, you can ensure that Talent2Go is optimally tailored to the needs of your company.

As an admin, you can access the company settings from the personal settings via the button at the top right.


Master data

In the Master data tab, you have the option to change the company name.

You also have the option here to activate two-factor authentication and thus create an additional level of security.

Roles and rights

The roles and rights management is located in the Roles / Rights tab. By assigning specific roles and rights, you can control access to sensitive data and systems.

The standard roles “HR”, “Trainer”, “Management” and “Responsible learning station” are located on the left. These can be expanded with a click and customized for the various areas of the software.

On the right-hand side, there is the option to add individual roles and adjust the rights for these.


Assessments / Competencies

In the Assessments / Competencies tab, it is possible to adjust the social skills from the trainees' semi-annual self-assessment and external assessment. By regularly assessing and reflecting on their social skills, trainees receive valuable feedback on their strengths and areas that can be improved. Thanks to the individual adaptation, the content of the competencies surveyed can be perfectly tailored to your company.


Report booklet

You have the option of uploading your company logo in the Report booklet tab so that it appears on the trainees' reports.

You also have the option of setting the regulation for the endorsement of legal representatives for underage trainees.


Professions

In the Professions tab, you can customize the school subjects stored for the training professions available in your company.

Click on the “View / change school subjects” field to open the following window. You have the option of adding or deleting school subjects via the “+” or “-”.


Personnel file

The categories in the personnel file are managed on the Personnel file tab. By default, the two system categories “Documents uploaded by trainee” and “Documents sent” are stored here. You have the option of adding your own categories here. The categories can then be found in the trainees' personnel files in the Personnel file tab.


Integrations

Various HR tools can be linked to Talent2Go via the Integrations tab. This makes it easy to transfer roles and personal data from your HR system to Talent2Go, which greatly simplifies setup.

Using the combo interface, we enable integrations with SAP Success Factors, Workdays, Oracle HSM, Sage HR and many other HR systems.
