Good communication and organization are very important for a successful education. They promote a positive learning environment and help you develop your skills and prepare for your successful career.

To help you communicate as efficiently as possible, click on the seventh icon "document dispatch" - just below the "Report portfolio" icon - to find an area where you can, for example, send documents to the instructor. These can be certificates, among other things. You can also add an accompanying text to them.

If you scroll down a bit, you will find documents that have been made available to you by the company. Also an overview of your uploaded documents is provided there.

In the menu bar directly below "Document dispatch" you will find the icon "To-Do List". If you click on it, your To-Do list will open, where you can find the tasks set by the instructor or the personnel management. These can be requested documents (e.g. "Please upload school report."), but other topics are also possible. These to-dos have a deadline. Don't worry, as soon as a new task is set for you, you'll get a notification in your Prüfung2Go app. Once the task is done, you can mark it as done accordingly.

The plan for your vocational training is located in the menu bar directly below the "To-Do List" as the ninth icon "Training Planning". Click on this icon to open your training plan in a calendar view. Here you can see at a glance at which time of your training you are at which learning station. To find out what content is being taught at this learning station, simply click on the individual elements in the calendar.
