When trainees are created, they are assigned to a regular trainer. Normally, the assigned trainer receives the trainee's report booklets.

If the trainee is assigned to a learning station in a week for which another responsible person is registered, the report booklet goes through a two-stage process. In the first step, the report is sent to the person responsible for the learning station, who checks the content of the report. At this point, it is possible to send the report back to the trainee with correction notes so that he/she can correct it. Once the content of the report has been checked by the person responsible for the learning station, the second step is to send it to the trainer, who then approves it.

If the trainee is assigned to two different learning stations in one week, the report is sent to the person responsible for the learning station at which the trainee has spent more time.
