One of the first steps in the setup is to create the accounts for the trainees. In the menu on the left, under the second icon, you will find the overview.
❗️ Before you create your trainees, you should have defined all trainers and departments.
Further down the page is an overview of the trainees. With a click on the plus symbol a new trainee can be created.
After you have filled in all data, an e-mail will be sent to the trainee(s) by clicking on the "Invite trainee" button, with which he/she can access his/her Prüfung2Go account.
❗️In order to start the automated training planning later on, it is especially important that you fill in the required trainee information completely. Especially the information about the responsible trainer, state and vocational school model is essential for a functioning automated training planning.
