Self-assessment and assessment of social competencies during training offers a variety of benefits for both trainees and companies. The opportunity to assess their own social skills promotes self-reflection on the part of the trainees. They can work specifically on their social skills and track progress.

The external assessment by the trainer takes place via the trainee's profile. Clicking on the "Social skills" tab opens the corresponding page and the external assessment can be carried out for the selected half-year.

The development of the social competencies can be compared between the half-years for evaluation. By clicking on the respective competence, the difference between the self-assessment and the assessment by others can be assessed for each individual question.
