The person responsible for a learning station can be a trainer, but does not have to be. If the trainer is responsible for the learning station, there is no need to create a separate account.
In some cases, a trainee's work assignment at a learning station may be supervised by people who are not trainers. Accordingly, these people are responsible for checking the report portfolio. For this reason, there is the possibility to set that a person responsible for a learning station can only see the trainee's reports for this learning station, but not the trainee's personnel file.
